Admissions to Calder High School
In most academic years, Calder High School admits 262 students into Year 7 each September including Calder Primary pupils who automatically progress from Year 6 to Year 7 and do not need to apply for a place.

Transition to Calder High School
We are currently planning the transition programme for our new intake of Year 7 students in September 2026. Please regularly visit this webpage as there will be frequent additions over time. The parental welcome letter, sent recently to our new cohort, including all important transition dates, can be found below.
